Amid routine security activity in northern Jerusalem, an unusual incident unfolded on the ground. During an operational mission in the Shuafat refugee camp, Border Police forces located two dogs that had been kept in harsh conditions.
The incident took place last Monday, when Border Police units operating around Jerusalem carried out activity at several locations in the camp. During the searches, the forces identified the dogs tied up and lacking basic living conditions.
