A video circulating on social media shows a group of men praying on the shoulder of Highway 1, near Jerusalem, one of the busiest intercity roads in the country. Police stressed that such behavior is dangerous, constitutes a traffic violation, and endangers not only those standing on the roadside but all road users. Police stated: “This is dangerous conduct that violates traffic regulations and endangers all road users. We call on the public to stop immediately, otherwise we will be forced to enforce the law.”
