Jerusalem marked a festive moment in the National Quarter as the renewed Wohl Rose Garden was officially inaugurated. President Isaac Herzog and his wife Michal, Mayor Moshe Lion and senior officials attended the ceremony, highlighting a new green landmark in the heart of the capital

Stretching between the Supreme Court and the Knesset, the garden has been upgraded with new paths, updated furniture, leisure spaces and renewed rose beds. At its heart, a new caf\u00e9 is planned to serve government employees, visitors to the Knesset and Jerusalem residents<\/p>\n
First Lady Michal Herzog said: “The opening of the renewed Wohl Rose Garden is a moment of beauty, hope and renewal in the heart of Jerusalem, in the shadow of pain and loss since October 7. In days of grief we must remind ourselves that beauty is still here, accessible and healing

The project was led by the Jerusalem Municipality, the Ministry for Jerusalem and Jewish Tradition, the Jerusalem Foundation and the Jerusalem Development Authority, executed by Moriah Company. Mayor Moshe Lion stated: “The Rose Garden is a precious asset in the very center of the National Quarter. Its renewal is part of our strategic vision to make the area vibrant and welcoming for residents, government workers and visitors from around the country and the world<\/p>\n
