According to the indictment filed by the Jerusalem District Prosecution Unit, the man entered the apartment in the Kiryat Moshe neighborhood. The family members were inside and unaware that a stranger had made his way into the home. Rather than searching for money or valuables, he took his time using the facilities and exploring the space.<\/p>\n
Investigators say his actions did not reflect panic or desperation, but a disturbing sense of entitlement. The lack of hesitation and the nature of his behavior led police to describe the incident as unusually brazen, even compared to other residential break-ins in the city.<\/p>\n
After finishing in the shower, the intruder entered a bedroom where a minor was awake in bed. He opened her wardrobe and took a distinctive shirt that had been prepared for an upcoming military beret march of a family member.
