The incident occurred in a southern neighborhood of the city when a kindergarten employee noticed a man ringing the bell repeatedly and demanding to see a child. After staff realized he was unknown to them, the suspect allegedly entered a parent\u2019s vehicle and tried to start it. The parent intervened, blocked the suspect, and held him until officers from Moria Police Station in the Zion District arrived.<\/p>\n
The man was arrested and taken for questioning at Moria Station in Jerusalem. After interrogation, he was placed in custody, and on Thursday morning he was brought before a judge at the Jerusalem Magistrate\u2019s Court for a remand hearing.
