It began with a message
A man from southern Israel approached a Jerusalem woman, asking to start a relationship. When she refused, he escalated \u2013 with threats, online shaming, and repeated visits to her home<\/p>\n

But it didn\u2019t stop there
After she filed a police report, he posted a photo of her car along with her home address \u2013 and later that night, her car was set on fire right outside her house<\/p>\n

From Online Threats to Flames on Her Street<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Firefighters and police from Jerusalem\u2019s Shafat station responded to the blaze, launched an investigation, and quickly identified the suspect: a man in his 20s from the town of Lakiya in southern Israel<\/p>\n

He was arrested, and a court extended his detention until June 26<\/p>\n

Chief Inspector Yossi Amsalem of Shafat Station said
\u201cEven though the arson was planned and carried out late at night, we used advanced tools to find him. He will face justice<\/em><\/p>\n
