The Jerusalem Municipality has completed the upgrade and development of Ruppin Park \u2013 one of the capital\u2019s largest green spaces, covering about 36 dunams, located near the Knesset. The park, now a leisure and nature gem in the heart of Jerusalem, offers a modern, accessible, and inviting experience for all visitors<\/p>\n

A green and vibrant attraction in Jerusalem<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The works included renewing water, sewage, and lighting infrastructure, paving accessible concrete paths, and installing aesthetic stairways connecting the park\u2019s various levels. All paths are fully accessible, including for people with disabilities, ensuring easy movement throughout the site<\/p>\n

At the heart of Ruppin Park stands a large multi-age playground, alongside wide lawns, colorful gardens, shaded seating areas, designed benches, and multiple drinking fountains \u2013 including a cold-water station. A spacious deck area offers a relaxing view of the park and the Jerusalem surroundings<\/p>\n

One of the park\u2019s main attractions is a colorful night fountain with mist effects \u2013 a water display operating every half hour, from midday until 11:00 p.m., creating a striking visual scene especially in the evening<\/p>\n

Next to the park stands the city monument honoring Jerusalem\u2019s fallen and murdered residents since the beginning of the \u201cIron Swords\u201d war. In the future, a caf\u00e9 will be built on site, offering another gathering and leisure spot for visitors<\/p>\n
